Laser burning
TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 L49+L81
We use nitrogen, oxygen or air to burn not only construction (S235, S355, DC01, DD11, H340LA) and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571), but also aluminium alloy sheets (AlMg3) up to 25 mm thick in dimensions up to 3000x1500 mm. Our machines have maximum precision and also allow engraving.
CNC bending

We deal with sheet metal bending on the most modern machines from TRUMPF. We offer precision bending up to 230 tons with lengths up to 3 meters with laser angle measurement technology for maximum accuracy of each product.
CNC turning

Our modern machines offer first-class quality in 6-axis turning. With a workpiece diameter of up to 366 mm, a length of up to 510 mm and a spindle clearance of 70 mm, we can offer very complicated flanges, shafts, pins and other products.
CNC machining

We offer 4-axis milling of small and large parts up to 1350x650 mm, up to 32 kW with maximum accuracy and feed speed. Thanks to our wide range of tools, we can handle not only drilling, tapping or milling, but also, for example, flowdrill technology.

Our press line ranges from 6,3 tons to 250 tons and includes a wide selection of universal punching, shearing and bending tools, including hexagon pressing capabilities.
